South African players’ icc test ranking also improved
The rankings of the players of the World Test Championship-winning South African cricket team have improved.
The ICC has released the rankings of players in the Test format, under which the man of the match of the World Test Championship final, Aiden Markram, has risen 7 places in the rankings to 11th place.
Bowlers Ranking:
India’s Jasprit Bumrah retains first position in the Test bowlers rankings, South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada is second, Australia’s Pat Cummins is third and Pakistan’s Nouman Ali has moved up two places to fourth.
Australia’s Josh Hazlewood has moved down one place to fifth and Nathan Lyon has also moved down one place to sixth.
All-rounders Rankings
India’s Ravindra Jadeja retains the top spot among Test all-rounders, while Australia’s Mitchell Starc has moved up three places to 10th.
