ISLAMABAD: High Commissioner of Malaysia Attends International Day of Women in Diplomacy Event in Islamabad
High Commissioner of Malaysia to Pakistan, His Excellency Ambassador Dato’ Azhar Mazlan, attended the commemoration of the International Day of Women in Diplomacy, held in Islamabad. The event was organised by the Pakistan Overseas Women Association (POWA) and brought together diplomats, civil society members, and distinguished professionals to celebrate the vital contributions of women in the field of diplomacy.
In his remarks, H.E. Ambassador Dato’ Azhar Mazlan commended the invaluable role that women play in fostering peace, mutual understanding, and international cooperation. He highlighted the importance of inclusive diplomacy and acknowledged the tireless efforts of women diplomats and professionals who are shaping global narratives and policies.
