Iranian President Pezishkian calls for Muslim unity against Israeli ‘crimes’.

Iranian President Masoud Pezishkian called for unity among Muslim countries against Israel in meetings with his Turkish and Pakistani counterparts in Azerbaijan for the latest summit of heads of state of the Economic Cooperation Organization.
Pezishkian told Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan that, despite the vast resources in Muslim-majority countries, “it is regrettable that the Zionist regime committed crimes in Gaza and the massacre of thousands of children and women.”
He also pointed to Israel’s attacks on Iran during its 12-day war and said that “this aggression was carried out with clear support from the United States and Europe, and in complete violation of international norms and rules.”
Pezishkian told Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif that Iran has always emphasized that it is ready to negotiate differences.
