Nadia Khan threatens legal action against artists for making personal attacks
Pakistan’s famous host and actress Nadia Khan has threatened legal action against actors and anchors who criticize her.
On the occasion of the release of superstar Hania Aamir’s Indian film ‘Sardar Ji 3’, Nadia Khan praised Hania and appreciated her work in Indian films, while earlier Nadia had said on her own show that Hania was wasting her time by working in India.
However, the actress was criticized by social media users and people associated with the showbiz industry for suddenly changing her statement.
Several artists including actress Sarwat Gilani, Faisal Qureshi, Behrooz Sabzwari and Yasir Hussain have criticized Nadia’s show, while recently senior actress Saba Faisal also expressed her anger at Nadia Khan and other hosts in a video message.
Now Nadia, sharing a video on her YouTube channel, said that if anyone tries to make personal attacks on her now, they will have to appear in court.
She made it clear that if morality is sold for money and fame, then the law will take its course.
Nadia further said that she will file a case not only under criminal defamation but also under civil defamation and PECA laws, after which these people will have to go through the courts for years. This is her final warning and if any personal attack is made in the future, the consequences will be serious.
