World Champions League 2025: Mohammad Hafeez captain of the national team

Lahore: Former Pakistani all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez has been appointed as the new captain of Pakistan Champions for the second edition of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2025.
Pakistan Champions made an official announcement on social media, confirming the appointment of Hafeez as the leader in place of former captain Younis Khan. The first edition of the World Champions T20 League was successfully held last year and now the second edition will begin in Birmingham this month.
Retired star cricketers from Pakistan, India, Australia, South Africa, England and the West Indies will be seen in action in this league. In the previous edition, the Pakistan champions showed a brilliant performance, but were defeated by India in the final.
