Explosion at Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Training Center, 3 Dead
Los Angeles: At least three people have been killed in an explosion at a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s training center in the US city of Los Angeles.
The incident occurred at the Eugene Busquelows Regional Training Center. US Attorney General Pam Bundy confirmed the deaths and announced that federal agencies are investigating the incident.
Pam Bundy posted on X, “I spoke with the U.S. Attorney regarding a horrific incident in which at least 3 people were killed in an explosion at a law enforcement training center in Los Angeles.”
She added, “Our federal agents are on scene and we are gathering more information.”
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said the LA City Fire Department, police and bomb disposal squad responded quickly to the scene and are investigating the incident.
