Manama: Pakistan’s Muhammad Asif became the World Masters Snooker Champion.
The Pakistani cueist defeated Indian opponent Brajesh Damani in the final, Muhammad Asif defeated the Indian opponent by four frames to three.
It should be remembered that in the semi-final, Muhammad Asif defeated India’s Manan Chandra, Muhammad Asif won the best-of-seven final by 2-4, Muhammad Asif’s winning score was 118-06, 00-84, 25-76, 92-11, 87-62, 72-41.
Muhammad Asif won the first frame, then Manan Chandra won 2 consecutive frames, after a 2-1 deficit, Asif came back and won 3 consecutive frames.
