
World Championship of Legends: Pakistan defeated England by 5 runs
Pakistan Champions started the event on a winning note by defeating hosts England Champions in the opening match of the World Championship of Legends. Pakistan Champions won the match by 5 runs.
Batting first, Pakistan Champions scored 160 runs for the loss of nine wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Captain Mohammad Hafeez played an innings of 54 runs.

Chris Tremlett took two wickets each for England.
In reply, England could only manage 155 runs for the loss of three wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Phil Mustard scored 58 runs and Anne Bell scored 51 runs for England Champions.
For Pakistan Champions, Rumman Raees, Sohail Tanvir and Aamir Yameen took one wicket each.
Pakistan Champions will play their next match on July 20 against arch-rivals India.
