The Asia Cup has been shifted from India to the United Arab Emirates and the schedule has also been announced.
The Asia Cup will be held in the United Arab Emirates from September 9 to 28. Pakistan, India, UAE and Oman have been included in Group A while Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Hong Kong are included in Group B.
The first match of the Asia Cup will be played between Afghanistan and Hong Kong on September 9.
Pakistan will play its first match against Oman on September 12, while the group match between Pakistan and India will be played on September 14.
Pakistan will play their third match against UAE on September 17. The Super Four stage of the Asia Cup will begin on September 20. The match will be played between B1 and B2 on September 20, while the match will be played between A1 and A2 on September 21.
The second match between Pakistan and India is likely to be held on September 21. If Pakistan and India reach the Super Four, they will face each other on September 21.
