End of ‘Fitna-ul-Hindustan’ Terrorists Marks a Tragic Death: Mohsin Naqvi, Sarfaraz Bugti
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Federal Minister for Narcotics Control Sarfaraz Bugti have declared the recent elimination of key militants involved in the so-called “Fitna-ul-Hindustan” network a “tragic death” for terrorism in the region. The ministers praised security forces for a “decisive and clean operation” against individuals they labeled as central to cross-border subversion and violent extremism.
Speaking at a joint press briefing, Naqvi said:
“The end of these terrorists marks the tragic demise of the ideology of hate and bloodshed they promoted. Pakistan’s soil will not be allowed to host or support any fitna (mischief) against our integrity.”
Bugti added that the terrorist network, allegedly involved in multiple attacks across Balochistan and border areas, had been receiving support from anti-state elements, including foreign handlers. He emphasized that the operation was intelligence-based, carefully coordinated to minimize collateral damage and ensure justice.
The officials did not name the deceased militants but stressed that the action sends a strong message to India-backed terror networks and regional spoilers. The term “Fitna-ul-Hindustan” was used by both ministers to refer to groups they claim are supported by Indian intelligence agencies to destabilize Pakistan.
