Deputy Prime Minister’s telephone conversation with US Secretary of State

Islamabad: According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio had a telephone conversation.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, the two foreign ministers discussed important bilateral issues. On this occasion, the foreign ministers discussed trade tariffs.
According to a Foreign Office spokesperson, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar also met with Bangladeshi Advisor on Foreign Affairs Towhid Hossain, during which it was agreed to further promote political, economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
The two leaders agreed to increase people-to-people contacts and high-level visits in the near future.
