Hot, Humid & Rainy Weather Expected Across Pakistan in Next 24 Hours

Islamabad & Pothohar Region
The federal capital and surrounding Pothohar areas are likely to experience cloudy skies with strong winds, thunderstorms, and possible heavy rain. Citizens are advised to remain cautious during potential downpours and gusty winds.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Widespread rain with strong winds and thundershowers is expected in:

Upper and Central KP: Dir, Chitral, Swat, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Malakand, Mardan, Swabi, Peshawar

Merged Districts & Southern KP: Bajaur, Mohmand, Kurram, Khyber, Kazai, Kohat, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Waziristan, Tank

Heavy or thunderous rain may occur at isolated locations, increasing the risk of flash flooding and landslides in hilly areas.

Punjab
Scattered thundershowers and strong winds are expected at isolated spots in:

North and Central Punjab: Rawalpindi, Murree, Galiyat, Chakwal, Attock, Jhelum, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, Sheikhupura, Narowal, Lahore

Western Punjab: Sargodha, Mianwali, Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Khushab

The remainder of Punjab will continue to face hot and humid conditions. Intermittent heavy rainfall may impact low-lying urban areas.

Sindh
Most districts will remain humid and partly cloudy, but rain with strong winds and thunderstorms is forecast at a few locations in:

Southeastern Sindh: Umerkot, Tharparkar, Sanghar, Mithi, and Mirpur Khas

Balochistan
The province will largely experience hot and humid weather. However, isolated rainfall is likely in:

Barkhan, Musikhel, Loralai, Khuzdar, Eswaran, and surrounding areas

Gilgit-Baltistan & Azad Jammu and Kashmir
Partly cloudy skies with chances of strong winds and isolated thundershowers are expected in several areas. The mountainous terrain raises the risk of localized flash floods and landslides in vulnerable zones.
