(Web Desk) – Pakistani folk singer Sanam Marvi has revealed that she charges Rs2.5 million for a single concert.
Known for her Sufi and folk singing, Sanam Marvi recently appeared on a private TV show where she discussed her career journey and various aspects of her life.
According to Marvi, she entered this field out of necessity, supporting her siblings from a young age. She shared that her family moved to Hyderabad when she was four years old.
She said her first payment was Rs27,000, which was a significant amount at the time. With that money, she bought essential household items like a fridge, TV, and bed for her mother.
Sanam Marvi further revealed that she now performs at concerts and wedding functions. She said her fees for a single concert are high enough to buy a brand-new Alto car, amounting to Rs2.5 million.
