(Web News)Blake Lively has taken a significant legal step in her ongoing sexual harassment lawsuit against producer Jamey Heath, known for the film It Ends With Us.

A federal judge in the Southern District of New York has ordered Heath to hand over all footage of his wife Natasha’s home birth, which Lively claims he once played for her on set without warning.

The ruling, issued by Judge Lewis J. Liman, came after Lively moved to sanction Heath for failing to provide the video she says is central to her case.

According to her complaint, Heath allegedly approached Lively and her assistant during filming and began playing a cli, which she initially believed to be pornography.

In a six-page memorandum, Judge Liman emphasised that the full video could contain evidence supporting Lively’s account and directly contradict Heath’s version. The order requires Heath to produce all video footage depicting the birth, including multiple versions, within three days. The ruling also covers any documents or communications that relate to the allegations.

“This order encompasses more than the clip Heath admits to showing Lively, and therefore the additional footage must be produced,” the judge wrote.

Lively, 38, rose to fame through the hit series Gossip Girl and has been outspoken about her experience. She alleges that the incident on set was deeply inappropriate and central to her sexual harassment claims against Heath.

The case has attracted widespread attention due to the sensitive nature of the footage and Lively’s high-profile status. It highlights ongoing discussions in Hollywood about workplace conduct, consent, and boundaries in professional environments.

The court’s decision marks a major development in Lively’s lawsuit, with legal experts suggesting that the production of the full video may significantly impact the trajectory of the case.
