Swedish Ambassador meets Pakistan’s Minister of Climate Change
Islamabad :Ambassador of Sweden to Pakistan, Alex Berg von Linde, called on Federal Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, Dr. Musadik Malik, in Islamabad.
The Ambassador conveyed condolences on the loss of lives in the recent floods and informed about Sweden’s support to flood-affected communities in Pakistan.
The meeting focused on enhancing Pakistan–Sweden collaboration in climate action, sustainability, and green innovation. Ambassador Berg von Linde highlighted the expertise of Swedish companies in driving green transition and reaffirmed Sweden’s commitment to supporting climate resilience and advancing environmentally friendly initiatives, particularly in the textile sector.
Both sides expressed their resolve to continue dialogue and joint efforts for a more sustainable and resilient future.
