Pat Cummins lost his baggy green cap in the West Indies

Bridgetown: Australian captain Pat Cummins’ baggy green cap went missing in the West Indies, 24 hours before the first Test of the series in Bridgetown.

He was wearing the new baggy green at a trophy photoshoot with Caribbean counterpart Roston Chase before the series, but when the match started, the old cap he received in 2011 was missing.

Cummins later revealed that the cap he had worn the day before was missing and had not been returned until last reported.

Earlier, before the New Year Test last year, former Australian opener David Warner’s cap was also missing, prompting a nationwide search, but it was later recovered from his belongings.
