Bajaur: Explosion near Sadiqabad Phatak Mela, 5 killed

Bajaur: A bomb blast has taken place near the Sadiqabad Phatak Mela Ground in Bajaur, in which 5 people including the Assistant Commissioner have been martyred.
According to police officials, a blast has taken place near the Phatak Mela Ground in Khar Sadiqabad Tehsil of Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in which 5 people have been martyred while 11 have been injured. A vehicle has been completely destroyed as a result of the explosion.
Rescue officials say that those martyred in the explosion include Assistant Commissioner Naogai, Tehsildar Vakil Khan, two police personnel and a civilian. The bodies and injured have been shifted to the hospital.
Police and security forces have cordoned off the area and started an investigation.
