
Pakistan makes a winning start at the World Junior Squash Championship
Cairo: Pakistan made a triumphant start to the World Junior Team Squash Championship, winning both of its matches. The national junior team easily defeated Kuwait 0-3 after Brazil in its opening group match.On the first day of the World Junior Squash Team Championship, which began in New Cairo, Egypt, Pakistan won both of its league matches in Group F, comfortably defeating Brazil 0-3 in the first match.
Pakistan continued its excellent performance and won 0-3 against Kuwait in its second match. The Pakistan junior team includes Abdullah Nawaz, Anas Ali Shah Bukhari, Muhammad Umair Asif and Obaidullah, with Rao Atif Kamran as manager and Faraz Muhammad as coach.
Pakistan’s third and final group match is scheduled for Monday against France. France defeated Kuwait 0-3 in their first match and Kuwait faced defeat in both matches.
