Actor Samar Rana detained on rape, murder charges

LAHORE (Web News) – Stage actor Samar Rana has been arrested in Lahore on charges of torturing and gang-raping a 14-year-old domestic worker.
According to police, a rape case has been registered at Nawab Town police station. It emerged also that five individuals have allegedly raped the 14-year-old girl at Samar Rana’s residence.
It is reported that Samar Rana is accused of torturing and intimidating the domestic worker, while unidentified suspects also recorded videos of the alleged assault.
Police officials stated that efforts are underway to apprehend the other suspects involved in the incident.
