The 28-year-old stars, who have known each other for more than a decade, recently teamed up for a TikTok clip that instantly went viral. In the video, shared on September 15, Kylie and Hailey could be seen sitting in a car.
The two makeup moguls took turns applying each other’s products, combining a lip liner from Hailey’s Rhode brand with one from Kylie Cosmetics. Kylie captioned the video, set to Justin Bieber’s track Speed Demon, “besties who lip combo.”
Fans were quick to flood the comments, many begging for a collaboration between the two powerhouse beauty labels. “Rhode X Kylie Cosmetics. We need!!!” one follower wrote. Another added, “THE GIRLS NEED KYLIE COSMETICS X RHODE.” Others were simply desperate to know the exact shades the friends used to perfect their matching looks.
While the video showcased their fun chemistry, Kylie and Hailey’s friendship goes much deeper. Their bond traces back to 2012, when Kylie introduced Hailey to Kendall Jenner at The Hunger Games premiere.
The three quickly became close, though Kendall later joked that Hailey “realized I was more fun.” Hailey, ever diplomatic, insisted she loved both sisters equally but noted that her modeling career and move to New York helped her grow especially close to Kendall.
On Hailey’s YouTube series Who’s In My Bathroom?, Kendall reflected on their long-lasting friendship, saying, “We’ve been there for each other through it all and not let it get in the way of our friendship, which I think is really special.”
Hailey added that despite public perception, their hangouts are surprisingly ordinary, often involving wine nights or movies at home.
