
Sweden and Netherlands join Forces to boost Human Rights in Pakistan
LAMBERTON: Human Rights Ambassadors from Sweden and Netherlands, Irina Schoulgin Nyoni and Wim Geerts, recently concluded a joint visit to Pakistan, focusing on key human rights issues. During their trip to Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, they engaged with civil society, government officials, students, and media representatives, discussing freedom of expression, media freedom, gender equality, and rule of law. The collaborative visit aimed to strengthen global human rights efforts and promote like-minded cooperation. The ambassadors emphasized the importance of collective action in advancing human rights in Pakistan and beyond
