TEL AVIV, Israel (Agencies) Israel identified the remains of two hostages released by Hamas overnight, as the Palestinian group said talks to launch the second phase of ceasefire negotiations have begun, despite strikes traded between Israel and militants in southern Gaza on Sunday.
